Town Clerk / Tax Collector

Effective immediately: When Fort Plain Central School or Cherry Valley – Springfield Central Schools are closed due to inclement weather, the TOWN CLERK’S office will be closed too. Now able to accept credit cards.  There is a service fee from the credit card company:  $0 – $79.99 = $1.95, $80.00 – and up is 2.45%.  This fee will be added to your transaction total.  Thank you.  

Locked Drop Box -is available at 134 State Highway 80 and is checked during normal business hours.
